All levels means that everyone is welcome. Beginners will feel acknowledged and assisted. Pregnant women are welcome to any of the all level Hatha, Yin and Meditation classes. Our Power and Core classes will not be appropriate for pregnancy.

Foundation Level 1/2 means that this class will focus on the key elements of that yoga style which may include, foot placement, alignment, vinyasa, breath, bandha, eye gaze and transitioning. Also for Intermediate students who appreciate detailed directions.

Level 2-3 means that students must have experience with the style and it's key elements. The sequence will move a quick pace and advanced poses will be part of the sequence such as arm balancing, inversions and deep backbends. Please email Shannon at info@sangayoga.ca for questions.
