A mixed level class that explores a wide range of poses. Style includes standing and seated poses guided by the breath. Students will practice variations on postures to find their own personal level. Conducted at a medium pace with time for reflection and rest. Postures are taught in a multi-leveled style so that all levels of experience feel welcome. Hatha Flow classes are great for everyone and beginner students will feel welcome and attended to. Hatha Flow Foundation indicates that the class is geared towards students new to yoga. Mellow Hatha Flow is for all levels of experience with focus put upon the benefits of slowing down. Hatha Yin begins with a flowing sequence of yoga poses and ends with seated hip-openers and forward folds held for 2-5minutes in a passive, meditative style.

Core Flow (all levels)

Yoga with a core-strengthening focus. Class consists of ½ core work, ½ yoga stretches. All levels but geared more toward the fitness-minded yogi.

 Power Flow (for intermediate-advanced students)

A dynamic style of yoga with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility and cleansing the body and mind of impurities. For intermediate yoga students with previous yoga experience, a clean bill of health and no injuries. Students must have a basic understanding of posture foundations, consistent breathing, and have a regular yoga practice. An energetic flow of postures that emphasize core strength and continuity of movement. Based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa system postures are taken from the primary and intermediate series. A detoxifying, deep stretch with plenty of deep breathing. Power Flow Foundation indicates that this class will be geared towards students with Hatha Flow experience but new to Power Flow Yoga.
