This is a total body conditioning class for Moms who are interested in getting back to their pre-pregnancy shape, or maybe even better! Using Pilate’s exercises and yoga poses mothers will target the core area of the body that supports carrying and feeding a baby and the active lifestyle of a mother. Yoga stretches will be incorporated to release and strengthen tight muscles and relieve stress. There is time for rest and reflection at the end of class and sometimes the mothers go to coffee after the session! Baby can either be watching you or sleeping in a car seat or on a blanket near you having some tummy-time and playing with toys. Mothers should know that that if they are walking to the studio that a carrier may be best as there is very little room to store strollers.

Classes are priced reasonably to accommodate single income families. Mothers also have the option to use this class card for other yoga classes on our schedule if they end up getting a night or morning to themselves.

***Mothers please note that if you purchase a class card that your classes will be marked off for this weekly class even if you are absent. The class card is a commitment that you will be a consistent member of this class guarantees you a spot in this class as there is a limited amount of space and also allows you to attend other drop-in classes on our class schedule. No refunds or transfers.
