Welcome to Sanga Yoga Studio
We offer Hatha Flow, Power Vinyasa, Yin/meditation, Core Flow, Post-natal Mom n' Me fitness, and Prenatal Yoga classes. You may drop-in to most of our classes with the exception of a few pre-registration courses per season. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class and you are likely to get a spot. We close and lock the front door once we reach our capacity of 16 students. We welcome you to try all styles and teachers here at the studio to find the class that best suits you. Sanga Yoga Studio is a place for students who enjoy the "small studio experience" with enough choices in style and level to suit new and experienced yogis.Here are some frequently asked questions FAQ'S
Pass Deals for New Students
For students who are new or who have never purchased a pass with us.
8 weeks unlimited $100.00 *
* this pass can only be purchased on your first class with us. You are welcome to take the class and then purchase this pass before you leave.
3 weeks unlimited $60.00
1 week unlimited $25.00
First class $10.00

Code of Conduct

You may drop-in to any of our yoga classes with the exception of specified pre-register class.

Door is opened 15 minutes prior to class.

Students will not be permitted to leave class early or to arrive late.

We accept cash and checks only.

Please do not take class if you are sick or injured, your body will heal faster with proper rest and nutritious food.

Sorry, no refunds or transfers.

All classes with the exception of our Power classes are beginner-friendly. Beginners will be are welcome but will be challenged in the Power Foundation and Core Flow classes .

Please note: Class sizes are limited to 16 people. First come, first serve. Please arrive 20-10 minutes before class to secure a spot and settle in. Sorry, students will not permitted to join the class after the door has been locked.
- We have yoga mats if you need to borrow one.

Read the class descriptions and attend the class that best suits your level.

Bring your own water and a small hand towel for power and core classes.

Eat something light about two hours proceeding practice. Drink lots of water before and after.

Wear clothing that will stretch and breathe with you.

If you have been referred to us by one of our students, please let us know so we can thank them.

Please no strong perfumes. Deoderant encouraged.
