Sanga Yoga Studio has brought yoga to many different kinds of groups in Vancouver such as sports teams, corporations, care centres and schools. Yoga is a fantastic method of energizing and relaxing the mind and body and can be easily accommodated to suit any age, ability, and experience level. All of our teachers are certified, professional yoga teachers with a trained eye for what each particular group and situation requires. We would love to bring "Yoga to You" for a discounted rate of what your group would pay drop-in at a yoga studio. "Yoga to You" simply means that we create the environment of a yoga studio where ever you are. Some of the benefits you would receive from a regular yoga practice include:
-increased energy and alertness
-decrease or elimination of back pain, stiffeness and poor posture
-increased oxygen to the blood and brain which inproves circulation, tissue healing and brain activity.
-less stress among group members, more connectedness, better listening and mediation skills

What we require:
-a group leader to converse with us and to organize payment, space, and the particulars of our sessions together
-that everyone has their own yoga mat and is dressed appropriately for their yoga class
-a clean, well ventalated, open space to work in. Space needs to be clean and clear of furniture prior to the teacher's arrival on-site and the group leader must organize putting the space back to how it should be left.
-payment for sessions in advance either by check or cash. All checks written to "Shannon Cluff"
$80.00(+gst) per session for groups, doubles and private one-on-one sessions.
